Where ideas become TANGIBLE

HOW YOUR STATIONERY IS SHAPED, REFINED, AND CRAFTED

  1. HOW THE PROCESS BEGINS

Once your booking is confirmed, we gather the details that shape the foundation of your suite: your wedding date, location, colour palette, wording, guest count and the references you'd like us to consider. From here, we look for the tone and atmosphere of your celebration, as well as any specific elements you'd like included, to create a direction that feels aligned to your day.

  2. CREATIVE DIRECTION

With your details in hand, we shape the creative direction forming the foundation of your suite. This may include colour palettes, material references, structural ideas or moments of movement we feel enhance the experience. Each concept is refined for clarity, feasibility and cohesion. By the time direction is shared, we know exactly what we're creating and why it belongs in your celebration.

  3. DESIGN DEVELOPMENT

The work becomes more refined as layouts, proportions and compositions take shape. If your suite involves layered structure, engineered folds or a reveal moment, the technical details are resolved here. Paper weight, texture and format are explored to ensure the piece feels balanced and satisfying in hand. Beauty, practicality and guest experience are all considered equally at this stage.

  4. PROOFING AND REFINEMENT

When the design is ready, you will receive a complete digital proof outlining layout, colours, materials and any structural notes. Refinement is an intentional part of the bespoke process and we work with you to adjust any details needed to bring clarity and cohesion to the design until it feels complete. For our semi-custom suites, two rounds of refinement are included, with additional changes available if required.

  5. PROTOTYPING

If your suite includes movement or engineered structure, we create a physical prototype to see how the piece interacts in hand. This is where we refine tension, alignment, fold tolerance and any mechanisms that contribute to the overall experience. Prototyping allows us to resolve these details before plates, dies or custom components are produced.

  6. PRODUCTION

Before printing begins, you will receive a final production proof for approval. Once your suite enters production, custom plates, dies and textiles are ordered, and any further changes would extend both timeline and cost. From here, plates are cast and each piece is produced with care and intention. Production generally takes 15 to 20 business days, with additional time required for multi-process or more complex designs.

  7. FINISHING AND ASSEMBLY

Once the pieces are printed or produced, they are reviewed by hand. Engineered components are assembled and tested so the suite feels cohesive and effortless to interact with. Any element that requires refinement is adjusted. Customisable and semi-custom invitations are generally shipped unassembled, with full assembly available if you'd like us to take care of it.

  8. DELIVERY

Your stationery is packaged with care and shipped securely with tracking and signature. When your suite arrives, it is ready to be shared with your guests or prepared for mailing. If you would like support with postage or managing guest mail-outs, this can be arranged as an additional service.
